We do not collect your data. Everything you enter stays on your device. There are no accounts, no servers, no analytics and no ads. If you buy the optional upgrade, Apple or Google handles the payment, and we never learn who you are.
The information you enter — dates, salary, savings balances, goals and settings — is saved only in the app's private storage on your own device. It is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app, or using “Erase my data and start over” inside it, permanently removes that information.
Nothing. The app has no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics or tracking libraries, no advertising identifiers, and no crash reporting that identifies you. The application contains no code that sends information anywhere. We cannot see your data, and neither can anyone else through us.
If you choose to export a backup file or share a PDF report, the app hands that file to your device's standard share menu. Where it goes from there — email, cloud storage, a message to your financial adviser — is entirely your choice and happens outside the app. We never receive a copy.
The app is free, with one optional one-time purchase. Payment is handled entirely by Apple (the App Store) or Google (Google Play), under their own privacy policies. We never receive your name, email address, payment details or store account. The app asks the store one question — whether this account owns the purchase — and remembers the yes-or-no answer on your device, so the upgrade keeps working without a connection. That answer is never included in a backup you export.
Quarterly reminders and threshold warnings, if you turn them on, are scheduled locally on your device. No server is involved and nothing is sent anywhere. The app does not use push notifications.
Apple and Google operate the stores the app is distributed through, and they collect their own information about downloads and devices under their own privacy policies. That happens between you and them; it is outside this app and outside our control. We receive no personal information from either of them.
The app is a financial planning tool intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age.
The app is an educational planning tool built on publicly documented OPM, TSP, IRS and Social Security formulas. It does not represent a government entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Office of Personnel Management, the Thrift Savings Plan, the Social Security Administration, the Internal Revenue Service, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, or any other government agency. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

If a future version of the app changes how data is handled, this policy will be updated and the effective date above will change. Because the app collects nothing, we have no way to notify you directly — please check this page after major updates.
